My goal is to help every patient feel understood, build confidence in their body and get back to doing the things they love.
I’m a Senior Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy across Australia and South Africa. I’ve worked across private practice, hospitals, occupational health and sporting environments, giving me broad experience in managing a wide range of injuries.
As a former South African national gymnast, I have a strong personal connection to sports rehabilitation. Having experienced multiple injuries throughout my career, I understand first-hand the challenges that come with injury and rehabilitation. I know how frustrating it can be and how important it is to have the right support throughout the recovery process.
My approach combines hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation and education. I believe in creating individualised treatment plans that are practical, goal-focused and tailored to each person. I also use VALD technology to objectively assess strength and track progress throughout rehabilitation.
As a new mum to a one-year-old, I’ve developed a particular interest in post-partum rehabilitation and helping women safely return to exercise and sport after pregnancy. I understand that returning to activity after having a baby requires different recovery, and I’m passionate about helping women rebuild strength, confidence and physical capacity while balancing the demands of motherhood.
